The Brave Little Sapling: A Tale of Growth and Grit"
Embark on a journey with a sprightly sapling as it learns the values of perseverance and bravery while striving to become a grand tree in the forest.

In a forest so wide, under skies so big, Stood a wee little sapling, not a tree, but a twig. “Sammy” was her name, with dreams so bright, She reached for the stars every single night.

The old trees would chuckle, their leaves in a twirl, “Stay grounded,” they’d say, “you’re just a small girl.” But Sammy would smile, her leaves in a flutter, “I’ll grow,” she’d insist, without a stutter.

Then came the wind, with a blustery might, It huffed and it puffed with all of its spite. But brave little Sammy, with a bend, not a flop, Whispered, “I may wobble, but I won’t drop.”

The moon shone a light on her delicate frame, And sang her a lullaby, calling her name. “Dear Sammy, stay spry, through the stormiest weather, For stars shine the brightest when close together.”

The rain poured down in a fierce torrential dance, Sammy soaked it all up, not leaving it to chance. “Every drop,” she’d proclaim, “makes me taller and wise, For rain is just nature’s most nurturing surprise.”

With each passing day, she grew sturdier, more able, Her leaves unfurled wide, her trunk became stable. “I’m growing!” she cheered, to the forest’s delight, As creatures gathered round, admiring the sight.

Then autumn arrived, with a crisp, cool air, Leaves tumbled down, trees became bare. “Fear not,” they cooed, “it’s the circle of cheer, You’ll bud again when spring is near.”

Winter departed, spring answered the call, Sammy stood brave, no longer small. Birds nested in her arms, so sturdy and strong, She was home, she was haven, where hearts belong.

Years whisked by, Sammy reached for the sky, Her roots gripping earth, her branches up high. “I am brave, I am strong,” she’d sway with the breeze, A beacon of courage, between the land and the seas.

Now, close your eyes, as stars twinkle in sight, Dream of Sammy, the sapling, and her valiant fight. For you, little dreamer, with a heart so big, Can weather any storm, and dance any jig.

Goodnight, sleep tight, let your dreams take flight, For you have the strength, like Sammy, to light up the night.
